We offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days). Free standard shipping is available for orders over $X. -
Can I return or exchange my items?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, only unused, unworn items in their original packaging are eligible for returns within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used sex toys or worn lingerie. -
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at ctringgold@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item based on your preference. -
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order. -
